My client are a major player within their sector and have a global reach with offices in over 20 counties. They pride themselves on solving engineering challenges across many industry sectors – including maintenance, repair, and overhaul, as well as general machining through to heavy machining, railway, and airframe assembly.

We’re looking for a time served engineer to join my client as the new Business Development Manager. Benefits include a salary of £40k - £50K DOE, 15% bonus, Company Car (Hybrid option) Private Medical, Death in Service x6 salary and a superb overall benefits package.

Fully remote working but the expectation will be to go out and hunt for new business opportunities to increase revenue.

To be successful as an Business Development Manager, we’re looking for the following skills / experience

• Time Served Engineer with Sales experience
• Previous experience as a multi-skilled CNC Programmer,  Applications engineer or currently a Cutting tool sales engineer
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and being customer focused
• Confidently demonstrate solutions and benefits to the end user whilst on site
• Full UK driving license
