Step Teachers are collaborating with an "Outstanding" Ofsted rated Secondary School in Barnet seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join their team in September 2024 and it would on a 1 term initial supply basis. This school aims to provide an excellent education in a safe, supportive learning environment, where people are valued and make positive contributions to the school community. Business Studies Teacher - Role:

• Strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum
• Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources
• The Business Studies Teacher must work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school
• Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
• The Business Studies Teacher must be able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons
• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these

Business Studies Teacher - Requirements:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary School.
• Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Business Studies mainly to KS4, with some KS5 vocational. 
• Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
• A relevant Business Studies related degree is desirable.
