Fantastic opportunity for a motivated Electronics Engineer / Electronic Design Engineer to take complete ownership of the electronics aspects of a cutting-edge new product development project.

You will support the project through the complete project life cycle, working with a team of bright, highly motivated multi-disciplined engineers.

As Electronic Design Engineer / hardware engineer, you will have total responsibility for the electronics element of this next generation project from concept to delivery. You will have a practical mind-set supporting all aspects from early design through to building initial prototypes, testing and refining the designs as you go.

As part of the core team you will have the opportunity to drive this development in new and sometimes uncharted directions; to challenge and to be challenged, to create and to innovate.

To succeed in this interesting, highly autonomous role you will ideally have several years electronic design experience, ideally degree qualified (or have experience across the following areas):

• A working knowledge of supporting electronic / hardware NPI / new product designs from concept to manufacture.
• A good understanding of analogue & digital circuit design, PCB design and schematic capture ideally coupled with some hands-on skills to support development and prototype builds.
• Any experience working on power supplies highly advantageous, although not essential
