Campaign Manager – Direct Mail & Marketing Solutions
Up to £40,000
North & Central London (Home working one day a week)
This well established, dynamic and innovative marketing solutions provider, specialise in helping businesses connect with their target audiences through creative and technology-driven marketing campaigns.
Its centralised marketing division has a broad set of responsibilities and acts as an internal agency, supporting programmes of work across its group. It is now in need of a creative thinking Campaign Manager, someone who has a prior background in delivering, analysing and reporting marketing strategies, traditional as well as digital marketing channels including social media, email, and PPC. Experience of working in a print and/or direct mail environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and delivering the overall Marketing strategy, including analysis and the reporting of ongoing tasks and requests
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business objectives
- Create and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce campaign assets
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and implement improvements
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Supporting the management of the CRM and CMS system.
Key Skills and Personal Attributes:
The role will require a can-do attitude to getting work done, the ability to multi-task, prioritise and time plan effectively, and the intuitive understanding of what it takes to deliver a wide-ranging programme of activity. Excellent planning, high attention to detail, copywriting skills and a focus on high standards of delivery are all essential.
You must be able to react quickly to changing circumstances, both using your initiative and taking direction as required. As an important conduit to both internal and external stakeholders, the ability to build effective relationships will be key.

- Self-starter and creativity in content creation
- Experience with utilising CRM and marketing automation platforms (preferred: HubSpot)
- Experience with utilising CMS (preferred: WordPress)
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Microsoft Office applications knowledge
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) would be an advantage.
Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in marketing campaign management
- Proven track record of successful campaign planning and execution
- Experience with digital marketing channels including social media, email, and PPC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 to 17:30
