The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role, but those looking to enter industry will be considered. They must have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.

Lettings Negotiator – Benefits

• Basic salary of up to £24,000
• Support with further training and progression

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• Negotiate lets between Landlords and tenants
• Produce tenancy agreements and monitor tenant referencing through to move in
• Assist with organising repairs for the managed portfolio
• Processing changeover of tenancies and liaising with utility suppliers
• Booking inspections and viewings
• Handling general Lettings enquiries
• General Lettings administration

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous 
• Strong administration background and able to liaise with the general public
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
• You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
• You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry
