Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start
Hours: Full time & Part time shifts
Pay rate: £12ph – Temporary employment
We currently have an exciting opportunity working with one of our clients who are a well-established training services based in Liverpool Aintree. The role we are currently recruiting for a hands on Customer service Advisor on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
• Completing data entry tasks.
• Make outbound calls to new prospect students.
• Organising and managing internal databases.
• Adhering to fast paced and change within the business.
• Communicating and update employees
Experience:
• You must have telephony experience.
• Previous experience within administration.
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail and strong organisation
Skills:
• Worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills
