The role
This is a fantastic company that believes in progression and development. They will give you everything you need including the systems, tools, and training to be a success.
You’ll be an important part of an evolving Business Development Team and and will learn the end-to-end progression of inbound Trade customer enquiries from various channels, maintaining the relationships with existing Trade customers and working on introducing new Trade prospects to build long lasting relationships. These customers come to you!
Role responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding customer experience for all inbound Trade sales enquiries.
- Maintain existing customer relationships.
- Research and identify potential new clients.
- Contact potential new clients via phone, email and/or LinkedIn to gauge interest.
- Prepare client pricing presentations and supply sample materials when needed.
- Qualify Trade pricing applications and approve discount levels.
- Drive sales through B2B customers.
