My client is a Global Cutting Tool manufacturer with offices in over 20 countries. They pride themselves on solving engineering challenges across many industry sectors – including maintenance, repair, and overhaul, as well as general machining through to heavy machining, railway, and airframe assembly.

We’re looking for a Multi skilled engineer and you could be currently a Sales or  Applications engineer, Benefits include a salary of £40k - £55K DOE, 15% performance based bonus, Company Car (Hybrid option) Private Medical, Death in Service and a superb overall benefits package.

This role requires the engineer to be visiting with clients across the South West within Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Cornwall and Wiltshire postcodes and the occasional trip to head office but fully remote working.

To be successful as an Sales & Application Engineer we’re looking for the following skills / experience:

• Previous experience as a multi-skilled engineer and currently Application engineer or a Sales Engineer
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and being customer focused
• Confidently demonstrate solutions and benefits to the end user whilst on site
• Full UK driving license

Package & Benefits:

• £40k - £55K DOE
• £10k-£15k OTE
• Company Car
• 31 Days A.L
