Student Lettings Administrator - Cardiff - up to £25k plus commission

My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the Cardiff area for many years.  They pride themselves on their reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and they believe in bringing together traditional values, the latest technology and a real passion for people and property. They are currently looking for a Student Lettings Administrator to join their friendly team who ideally has experience in the property industry. 

 

The Student Lettings Administrator role briefly includes:

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Booking viewings and valuations
  • Carrying out property inspections and viewings
  • Handling applications
  • Preparing move ins
  • Dealing with maintenance issues
  • Carrying out general Lettings Administration duties

 

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous Lettings Administration experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT knowledge 
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Full UK Licence and Car
