Alderley Edge
My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country. Working from their Alderley Edge head office, they are currently looking to make an addition to their team, in the form of a Graphic Designer/Creative Artworker.
The Role
- Designing Brochures, Signage, Flyers, Stationary as well as online and social content.
- Designing with a strong attention to detail
- Ensure artwork interpretation is achievable within production constraints
- Prepare accurate artwork from approved design and brief
- Communicating with the Marketing and Leasing teams to keep them informed of the progress of the jobs they are working on
- Providing colour proofs /samples for sign off
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist projects through the business to ensure on-time deliver
The Person
- Design Industry experience (property sector a bonus)
- Experienced in design and setting up for print
- A good communicator and collaborator
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Apple mac
- Designing consistently across multiple mediums
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Canva or SEO (a bonus but not essential)
- Flexible and efficient
Salary and Benefits
