Are you based in Greenwich and looking for flexible work? We’re recruiting reliable Exam Scribes with strong English skills to support students with Special Educational Needs during their GCSE mock exams.

What does an Exam Scribe do?

• Write down answers exactly as instructed by the student during the exam.
• Ensure answers are clear and follow the student's instructions.
• Keep all information confidential and follow exam regulations.
• Work closely with invigilators to report any concerns.
• Be ready for extra time when needed (you will be informed before the exam).

Who can be an Exam Scribe?

Anyone with a professional attitude can apply! You will need:

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Clear, legible handwriting and the ability to write at a good pace.
• A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Reliability and punctuality

Please note: You must complete Philosophy Education’s registration process and have an Enhanced DBS certificate. If you don’t have a DBS, we can help you get one.

What are the hours?

We offer flexible shifts in the morning or afternoon:

• 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
• 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm
