It is now seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join its existing team as a Digital Labels Business Development Manager.

 

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue in the labels sector by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in promoting all products and services to customers, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling to identify potential clients interested in digital label solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the label solutions available, capabilities, and value propositions to effectively communicate with prospects and clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and excellent customer experience.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including contract negotiations and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
