We are seeking an exceptional Mathematics Teacher for a long-term role in King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. This full-time position offers the chance to inspire young minds, fostering a love for mathematics and helping students develop critical problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for delivering the curriculum to KS3 and KS4 students, with a strong focus on engagement, differentiation, and achievement.

Role of a Maths Teacher: 

  • Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons that cater to a range of learning needs and abilities.
  • Assess and track student progress effectively, using data to inform teaching strategies.
  • Engage and motivate students, instilling confidence and a strong foundation in mathematics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches to curriculum and assessment.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and uphold high expectations for student behavior and performance.

To succeed in this role, you will be:

  • A qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) with experience in UK secondary schools.
  • Passionate about education, with a commitment to student achievement and well-being.
  • Skilled in differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Organized, proactive, and flexible, able to adapt to the changing needs of students and the school.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
