Are you an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling role in early childhood education? Step Teachers are working with a school located in Islington, looking for a dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their team on a supply basis.

Nursery Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Make a positive impact within the classroom, supporting children's learning and development.
• Encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and achievements and fostering positive partnerships.
• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning.

Nursery Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an Nursery Teaching Assistant
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support children's learning and well-being.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 3 qualification) is desirable but not essential
