Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Kingsbury Green, London
Rate: £13.51 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:45am – 5pm Friday 8:45am – 4:30pm or 7:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday
Contract: 6-month contract

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Document Management: Organize and maintain customer-related documents
  • Telephone calls: speaking with customers and clients
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage data in systems
  • Customer Service: Provide professional support to customers

Requirements for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Computer Literate: Proficiency with office software
  • Interest in Customer Service Development: Eager to learn and grow within the customer service sector
  • Positive Attitude: A team player with a proactive approach
