Receptionist (3-Month Temp, £15 per hour) Location: London Start Date: ASAP    Tay associates have partnered with a highly reputable financial service company located in the city who are currently seeking an experienced receptionist on a 3-month temporary basis.    Key Responsibilities: 
  • Call Management: Answering and transferring calls, managing the switchboard, and greeting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. 
  • Diary & Meeting Coordination: Managing meeting bookings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing meeting room arrangements. 
  • Event Support: Assisting with events by coordinating catering, arranging lunches, and ensuring refreshments are provided for guests. 
  • Office Administration: Handling general office duties, including monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed. 
  • Executive Support: Assisting Managing Directors and Personal Assistants with administrative tasks and ad-hoc support.  
Requirements: 
  • At least two years of experience working as a receptionist, ideally within a financial services environment. 
  • Professional and confident communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office software. 
  • Ability to work on-site and commute to the office 5 days a week.
  • Available for a 40 hour working week
