Receptionist (3-Month Temp, £15 per hour)
Location: London
Start Date: ASAP
Tay associates have partnered with a highly reputable financial service company located in the city who are currently seeking an experienced receptionist on a 3-month temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call Management: Answering and transferring calls, managing the switchboard, and greeting clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Diary & Meeting Coordination: Managing meeting bookings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing meeting room arrangements.
- Event Support: Assisting with events by coordinating catering, arranging lunches, and ensuring refreshments are provided for guests.
- Office Administration: Handling general office duties, including monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Executive Support: Assisting Managing Directors and Personal Assistants with administrative tasks and ad-hoc support.
- At least two years of experience working as a receptionist, ideally within a financial services environment.
- Professional and confident communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office software.
- Ability to work on-site and commute to the office 5 days a week.
- Available for a 40 hour working week
