Executive Assistant | Temporary Opportunity 

Tay Associates have partnered with an insurance company and are on the look out for a confident and driven Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. You must have experience supporting at a Senior level and happy to adapt to the working style of the team. 

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. You will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail.
