Job Title: Art Teacher

The School are looking for an Art Teacher to teach Art across KS3/ KS4 in an SEMH Secondary School based in Enfield.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of topics following the curriculum. The roles would be long term and would require you to take charge of the planning and preparation of these lessons.

The ideal candidates will have experience of teaching in a School environment and up to date knowledge of subject area, syllabus, and teaching methods, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant subject
  • English and Math's or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
  • QTS
  • SEN/SEMH or PRU experience 

 

The School

The School is an SEMH School which caters for young people aged 11-18 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. All their students have a primary need within the area of SEMH and some students may have additional needs such as ASD or ADHD. Their core purpose is to improve the quality of life for their students and the wider community by nurturing potential. Their aim is to develop secure and positive relationships, engage and grow together and build a culture of trust.
