Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am4:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am1:30 pm (overtime available at a higher rate)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production MIG Welder, your role includes:

• MIG Welding thin steel tubing using jigs - no drawings required!
• Improving processes like a true lean-thinker.
• Maintaining equipment at top-notch standards.
• Collaborating with teammates and sharing knowledge.
• Owning quality control to ensure defect-free production.
• Helping to shape a responsive and safe work environment.

What We Expect from You

To thrive in this Production MIG Welder role, you should:

• Have at least beginner-level MIG welding experience.
• Be familiar with lean thinking (check out Paul Akers 2 Second Lean ).
• Know your way around welding equipment, including setup and maintenance.
• Be confident in daily team meetings - your voice matters.
• Embrace continuous learning - whether its through books, training, or hands-on mentoring.
• Prioritise safety and wear the correct PPE at all times.
