Welder

Salary: £35-£39,000 per annum

Location: Thorne, Doncaster  

Monday to Friday – 45 hours a week. Flexibility on timings.

Orion Electrotech are working with a great company working within the food industry who are looking for an experienced welder to come on board and join their amazing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools in good condition.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of welding equipment and safety standards
• Mild steel experience
