RECfinancial is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a large business based in Leicestershire. The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable distance from areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry & Warwickshire.

  Reporting to the Financial Controller, this exciting Finance Business Partner role will be responsible for leading the firm's budgeting / forecasting activities, business modelling, ownership of the board pack, commercial analysis, driving decision making based on data driven information and working with the senior leadership team.   The role has a small team reporting to it.   The business is keen to hire a candidate who is likely to be in a role with a predominant commercial focus and you will be experienced in working with non finance staff to drive commercial understanding and improving operational impact through data lead decision making.   As a character you'll be looking for a role in a business that's really doing something in its market and wanting a role that will offer the opportunity to shape the business's future, having a significant impact.   The business is cash rich, has a focused and committed leadership team, a growth culture and a feeling in the business that everyone is in it together.   To be considered for the role you will need to be qualified in either CIMA, ACCA or ACA.   The role has a salary range of between £55,000 and £65,000 plus benefits including a bonus.
