Lettings Negotiator - Stourbridge - up to £25k basic + Commission

This is a great opportunity to join a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agent who have built up an impressive reputation over many years which has led them to being a highly respected brand in the area.  They are currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator with experience working within Lettings, good customer service skills and able to drive.  This is a great opportunity to join this really friendly team where ongoing training and career progression is highly encouraged. 

Main Duties for the Lettings Negotiator Role:

• Meeting and registering new applicants
• Organising and carrying out viewings
• Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
• Negotiate any offers received
• Deal with applications and processing move ins

Skills Required:

• Previous Lettings experience essential
• Great customer service skills
• Good people skills
• Smart, well-spoken and articulate
• Ambitious, self-motivated and driven
• Full UK driving license and car owner essential 

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays (paid as extra)
