We’re now working with a leading print company based in Bristol who provide both lithographic and digital print services, with the focus on delivering precision and high-end results for their clients.

The company is known for its focus on customer satisfaction, providing tailored print solutions to meet specific project requirements while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.

You will work on the double day shift (6am – 2pm & 2pm-10pm) Monday – Friday, on a weekly rotating basis.

The Role:

  • To operate and maintain Polar Guillotines, Stahl Folders, Muller & Heidelberg Stitching Lines, Duplo booklet maker, laminators
  • To be able to operate a PC and to be able to understand the company’s management information systems regarding job bags, delivery systems etc.
  • Undertake support tasks as required by the Finishing Manager.
  • To help to achieve team and individual targets as set by the Finishing Manager.
  • Maintain a tidy and clean work area ensuring that the work area is kept in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Understand and adhere to the company policies and procedures with particular emphasis on quality and health and safety.

The Candidate:

  • 2 years proven record of experience as a print finisher
  • Experience on a mixture of Polar Guillotines, Stahl Folders, Muller & Heidelberg Stitching Lines, multi-mailers and gluers or similar
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions, attention to detail
  • Team player, able and willing to assist other members of the team
  • Able to maintain good disciplines, standards, initiative, and drive
  • Good time keeping and attendance
  • A willingness to work overtime at quite short notice and to cover holidays and sickness as and when required.

Salary + Benefits

This is a full-time position working on the double day shift, Monday – Friday,  6am – 2pm, 2pm-10pm – 37.5 hours per week. Benefits include generous pension scheme, private medical insurance, vouchers towards dentistry, 26 days holiday and more.
