We’re recruiting for a Slitter/Rewinder Operator to join a leading packaging and labels company in Leeds. If you have experience with slitting and rewinding machinery and are looking for a new opportunity, this could be the perfect fit!

What’s Involved?

• Operate and maintain slitter/rewinder machines.
• Handle printed rolls, perform quality checks, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Inspect reels, remove waste, and package finished materials.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and calibrations.
• Keep your workspace clean and report stock shortages.

Shifts

Rotating weekly:

• Week 1: 6am–1:30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Week 2: 1:30pm–9pm (Mon-Thurs), 1:30pm–8pm (Fri)
• Week 3: 9pm–6am (Sun-Thurs)

The ideal candidate

• Experience operating slitter/rewinder machinery in print, labels, or packaging.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible approach to overtime and weekend shifts.
