We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisor to join our school in Waltham Forest. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the classroom while making a real difference in students’ learning journeys.

What You’ll Do-Graduate Cover Supervisor:

• Step into classrooms to supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher.
• Maintain a focused, productive environment where students can thrive.
• Build positive relationships with students, ensuring they stay engaged and on track with their studies.
• Proactively manage behaviour, addressing challenges with confidence and fostering a respectful classroom culture.
• As Graduate Cover Supervisor you should be able to support the wider school community by assisting with extracurricular activities and administrative tasks as needed.
