What We’re Looking For in a Year 4 Teacher:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4, is highly desirable.
• A creative and engaging teaching style that motivates and inspires pupils.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Commitment to fostering a love of learning and achieving high standards.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
