Step Teachers are working with a school in Andover that is seeking a dedicated Head of Art and Photography to join our supportive team. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding teaching to our students and ensuring they receive the education they deserve. Their Art and photography department is well-established and well-resourced, offering students a strong foundation in Art Design and Photography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Art and Photography department
• Teach and inspire students across KS3 to KS4
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student learning
• Ensure administrative tasks are minimized to focus on education

Qualifications:

• QTS Status and enhanced up-to-date DBS.
• Bachelor's degree in an Art-related field.
• Teaching experience in mainstream Art and Photography at the secondary level.
• An Art and Photography Teacher with Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for inspiring young minds.
