A highly respected London College are looking for an innovative and organised Patisserie Chef Lecturer to join them on a temporary basis from January 2025.

About The Role

As a Patisserie Chef Lecturer), you will play a pivotal role in driving forward excellence in curriculum, teaching, and learning for students with special needs in the college. Your work will ensure that learners with special educational needs and disabilities thrive, achieve their potential, and are equipped for success.

The role focusses on level 1 and level 2 courses, either Westminster lead or Awarding Organisation certified. The applicant needs to have experience across a range of paste products, breads, petit fours, biscuits, cakes and sponges, hot and cold desserts to a high industry standard as well as food safety.

Duration: covering absent staff member, currently not open to temp to perm. We are not accepting perm candidate submissions from agency

This post-16 London college consortium has sites across London and alongside their mainstream courses offers specialist learning opportunities for young people aged 16 to 25 with profound and multiple learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, complex autism, and/or physical disabilities.
