• Proven experience operating CNC routers, ideally within the signage or manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and CAD designs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of different materials used in signage production, such as acrylic, aluminium, and composites.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
