• Conduct telephone interviews and guide candidates through the registration process.
• Work closely with our Compliance Team to collect ID, qualifications, and references.
• Build relationships with universities, job centres, and other establishments to attract top talent.
• Write standout adverts and teacher profiles to ensure we’re always attracting the best candidates.
• Manage applications and candidate pipelines using our CRM platform, Vima.
