Are you a bubbly, confident communicator looking for your next assignment as a receptionist?

Tay Associates have partnered with many financial service clients who are on the lookout for an additional receptionist to work along side another Receptionist or cover when someone is on leave. You will be providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for the company. This role requires you to meet and greet all visitors who enter the office, answering phones and transferring calls, taking accurate messages where needed, comprehensive diary management and arranging appointments.

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience as a receptionist for a corporate organisation
  • Confident working autonomously and work well under pressure with the changing environment.
  • Intermediate experience of MS Office Software (word, excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
