**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately input timesheet data to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operative queries via phone or email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and report on missing timesheets, actively following up with the Operations team to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to tackle timesheet queries or errors efficiently.
- Provide essential administrative support, including managing outgoing post, overseeing email inboxes, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in addressing audit requests and queries.
- Support the Payroll Manager and Payroll Supervisor with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to speak to a diverse range of people over the phone.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is a must.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
