Lettings Property Manager - Cheltenham - up to £35k dependent on experience

My client is an award winning, independent Lettings and Estate Agency who have built up an impressive reputation in the Gloucestershire area.   An opportunity has arisen for someone with Lettings experience to join their team in Cheltenham as a Property Manager.

Main Duties to include:

• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions to be undertaken resolving accordingly
• Arranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedback
• Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
• Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
• Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries

Essential Skills Required:

• Lettings experience

• Articulate
• IT literate

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30
