Test Supervisor

Salary - Up to £28,500

Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 7-4 and 12 finish on Friday

Location - High Wycombe

Job Type - Permanent

Summary: Join the team as a Test Supervisor and play a pivotal role in supporting the Test Engineer with various projects passing through the Test laboratory. From new product introductions to field support for current products, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the quality and performance of the company's offerings. As a Test Supervisor, you will take on key responsibilities in testing, fault finding, and process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct various tests, including basic software and manual tests

• Fault finding and troubleshooting

• Assist in improving testing processes and procedures

• Assist the manager in leading the team

Required Skills & Experience:

• Manufacturing experience is essential

• Mentoring and training

• Test experience is advantageous

• Report writing

• Liaising with departments
