What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and mentor a team of talented Quality professionals, driving excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Guarantee adherence to ISO 9001 and other national and international quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality policies, procedures, and best practices to set the bar for excellence.
  • Conduct audits and manage customer/supply chain quality assurance processes to ensure impeccable performance.
  • Lead investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions using industry-standard methodologies like 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Quality Manager / Engineer with an HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
  • Strong experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems; lead auditor certification is a big plus.
  • Background in quality control, assurance, and compliance within a heavy industry or manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), with knowledge of SAP terminology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive change at all levels.
