Job title:  Business Analyst

Job type: Contract (Outside IR35)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support a global digital transformation project, focused on implementing a new ERP system.

The role will include:

• Collaborate with GPOs and consultants to define and document business requirements for ERP system changes.
• Gather functional and technical requirements from SMEs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
• Develop Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, including process workflows and data mapping.

We are looking for following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementation projects.
• Strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Experience with IFS ERP or other major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and requirements management tools.
