Sales Account Manager – Account Growth & Relationship Sales

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 Bonus Benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

The Role – Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in managing and growing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities within an established client base. This is a proactive sales role, but with a softer approach—account development rather than pure cold calling.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager:

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers
Reignite dormant accounts and uncover new opportunities
Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to maximize sales
Proactively follow up on warm leads and inquiries
Deliver exceptional customer service through calls and emails
Provide tailored quotations and maintain CRM accuracy
Support stock purchasing to meet customer demand
Present clear, concise sales reports to management

What We’re Looking For in a Sales Account Manager:

Experience in sales, account management, or business development
Confident and engaging communicator—comfortable picking up the phone
A natural relationship builder—able to nurture and grow accounts
Self-motivated and proactive, with a commercial mindset
Organized and able to multitask, ensuring clients receive excellent service
Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
