Location: Flexible within EMEA (Frequent travel required)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director – EMEA who has a background of working in the production print industry to lead and mentor a team of five Regional Sales Managers. You will be developing and executing a strategic sales plan and reporting to the General Manager, who is primarily focused on service operations. You will take full ownership of the sales function, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of five Regional Sales Managers.
- Drive new business development, expanding the company’s footprint in the EMEA market.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, working closely with the GM to enhance commercial success.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the production print industry.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in sales leadership within the production print manufacturing sector, 5 years.
- 5 years minimum experience managing sales teams across multiple EMEA markets.
- A strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team to success.
- Fluent in English; additional languages highly advantageous.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively to client sites across the region.
