We are working with an innovative company in the electronics sector, expanding due to exciting growth. They are seeking a Project Coordinator with electronics experience to join their dynamic team. This is a brand-new role, created to support the company's continued expansion.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for initiating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure project goals are achieved effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initial bid compilation and create detailed project plans.
- Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery and alignment with goals.
- Compile and submit status reports to clients, management, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient project implementation.
- Lead project teams, ensuring excellent communication and coordination.
- Work with project management software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Project, and other relevant applications.
- Handle project-related paperwork and keep everything well-organised.
- Communicate with clients to define objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures as necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in the electronics or related industries.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Project, or similar software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Must have experience and an Electronics Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to handle pressure and make critical decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, with a focus on team collaboration and delivering results.
