Step Teachers can offer daily supply; short-term supply and long-term supply roles, that can lead to permanent roles. It is important to mention that the ideal candidate must have experience already and be qualified to Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools. 

Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Role:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.
• Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing assessments to track student progress and inform future interventions.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification - ideally with placements as part of your course. 
• Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or special needs support are highly desirable.
