This is a friendly and inclusive school dedicated to providing high-quality education and support for all pupils. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team and play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. This role begins March 2024.

Duties as an HLTA:

• Support and deliver planned lessons across different year groups.
• Provide targeted intervention and support to individuals and small groups.
• Assist in the planning and assessment of pupils' progress.
• Cover classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Help to manage classroom behaviour and provide pastoral support to pupils.

Ideal HLTA:

• Holds an HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Has experience working in a primary school setting.
• Is confident in delivering lessons and supporting learning.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills as an HLTA.
• Is passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential.
