A well-established printing company, specialising in high-quality print solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its team. The company provides a wide range of printing services, including litho and digital printing, large-format print, bespoke packaging, and direct mail solutions. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and innovative print solutions, the business works with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
As an Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships. This role is perfect for a commercially driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and enjoys working collaboratively to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide price quotes, and process orders accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage project briefs, including design, artwork, print, fulfilment, and distribution.
- Ensure clear and timely communication of briefs to production teams.
- Use management information systems to facilitate workflow and information transfer.
- Raise purchase orders for external suppliers.
- Book and organise deliveries with carriers.
Desirable Experience & Skills:
- Understanding of print production processes, including design, artwork, and distribution.
- Knowledge of print techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confident and professionally presented with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in print-related MIS such as Tharstern or PrintIQ is an advantage.
- Ability to liaise with customers via phone, online meetings, and email.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- In-person work location
