Technical Author – Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary up to £40,000 plus package

We’re partnering with a global leader in UV curing technology, primarily serving the printing industry. With a strong international presence and cutting-edge innovations, this company is continuing to grow and is now looking for a Technical Author to join their team.

This role is based at their head office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, with the flexibility for hybrid working. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operation manuals and quote generators, currently in large Excel formats, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and maintain customer-focused content, including quick start guides, technical bulletins, and training materials.
• Collaborate with developers, managers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
• Research, structure, and present technical information in a clear, user-friendly, and visually engaging format.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical documentation or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in a technical industry (such as engineering, manufacturing, or printing) is advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
