Duties Year 3 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in literacy, numeracy, science, and the humanities.
• Create a dynamic classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love of learning.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
• Contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular activities and events.

Ideal Year 3 Teacher:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching Year 3 or working with young learners.
• Is passionate about fostering academic excellence and personal development in pupils.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
• Is committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
