Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Marlow
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: £25,400 - £28,000 per annum (DOE) Commission & Bonus Structure

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for selling maintenance contracts and spare parts to their customer base, handling inbound inquiries, making structured outbound sales calls, and identifying new business opportunities.

 

What You’ll Do as a Sales Executive:
• Actively sell maintenance contracts and spare parts to existing and potential customers.
• Manage inbound sales inquiries with efficiency, professionalism, and a commercial mindset.
• Conduct structured outbound calls to drive sales and renew service agreements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, supporting company growth.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations for maintenance contracts and spare parts.
• Ensure all quotes and orders are logged in the CRM system and followed up effectively.
• Assist with order processing and spare part shipments.
• Provide excellent after-sales support, handling queries and ensuring smooth contract execution.

 

Attributes you would need as a Sales Executive:
• Proven customer service, drive and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate effective sales techniques and results.
• Confident telephone manner, especially in making outbound calls.
• Previous experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.

 

What is on offer for the Sales Executive?
• Salary: £25,400 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• Commission:
o £3,000 per annum on-target commission (paid monthly, 1 month in arrears, pro-rata).
o £3,000 end-of-year bonus for 100% achievement of company targets (pro-rata).
• Holiday: 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays, pro-rata).
• Life Assurance: 3x base salary.
• Pension: Auto-enrolment pension after 3 months.
