Duties as a KS1 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver exciting, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1
• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive learning and emotional development
• Encourage children to explore, learn, and develop both academically and socially
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and additional support where necessary
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential
• Foster a love of learning through creative, hands-on activities and collaborative projects

Ideal KS1 Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting the development of young learners
• Has excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a KS1 Teacher.
• Is adaptable, patient, and able to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Is enthusiastic about engaging parents and carers in the educational process
