Job Description:
Are you an enthusiastic and caring KS1 Teacher looking to inspire and support young learners? We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join their vibrant team at a wonderful school. This role begins ASAP.
Duties as a KS1 Teacher:
- Plan and deliver exciting, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive learning and emotional development
- Encourage children to explore, learn, and develop both academically and socially
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and additional support where necessary
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential
- Foster a love of learning through creative, hands-on activities and collaborative projects
Ideal KS1 Teacher:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1
- Is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting the development of young learners
- Has excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a KS1 Teacher.
- Is adaptable, patient, and able to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Is enthusiastic about engaging parents and carers in the educational process
