We are looking for a proactive and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in print management, specifically with experience of direct mail, data management, and creative solutions. This is an office-based role in, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively with clients, and is eager to drive projects forward with energy and initiative.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will play a key role in overseeing project management, print, creative, and mailing processes while identifying and nurturing new opportunities. Your ability to connect with clients and internal teams will be essential in delivering outstanding results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Identify new sales and project opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Engage with clients through social media and other digital platforms.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure project briefs are executed successfully.
- Maintain a proactive approach to budget management and innovation.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and upsell additional services.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing structures, and contracts.
- Conduct research and competitor analysis to enhance service offerings.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects comply with internal quality standards and industry regulations.
- Implement processes to monitor and enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and budgets using internal systems.
- Utilise CRM software (HubSpot) to document campaigns, marketing efforts, and sales opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and project progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in account management or client services within the print industry.
- Strong knowledge of print, creative, and mailing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and effectively managing client accounts.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptability to changing client needs and industry trends.
