Location: Guildford (Outskirts of Guildford)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:Carry out high-quality refurbishment and repair work on customer jobs, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.
Perform fault finding, diagnosis, and reverse engineering to develop efficient repair solutions.
Conduct thorough checks on equipment/machinery, reporting any faults or issues.
Assist in developing and improving standard test and repair procedures.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Support investigations and contribute electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering insights.
Play an active role in optimising workshop performance and ensuring smooth operations.
Follow all safety regulations and best practices, fostering a proactive safety culture.
Engage in risk assessments and adhere to safe working systems.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, contributing to workplace safety and efficiency.
Experience in torque tightening, mechanical fixings assembly, and crimping (both large and small connections).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to prioritise tasks and make informed business decisions based on customer needs.
Solid understanding of engineering drawings and numeracy skills.
Previous experience in electrical repairs or working within an electronics or Mechanical workshop environment.
Minimum electrical/electronic/engineering/Mechanical Engineer craft Level 3 ONC/NVQ (or equivalent).
Additional qualifications in electromechanical engineering are highly advantageous.
