Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a fast-paced, dynamic role with a leading boutique investment bank? We're hiring an Executive Assistant Float to join our team in Mayfair. This is a hybrid, permanent position supporting Senior MDs, MDs, and their teams with business operations, providing both long-term and short-term cover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate extensive global travel for Senior MDs and their teams.
• Support business operations, contributing to efficiency across multiple teams.
• Provide seamless assistance in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Recent, demonstrable experience gained in an EA role from within boutique FS/Banking/PE/Alternate Investments
• Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a financial services or investment banking environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
